Stephanie Jeffrey on 4 fires set near Ballard homeless camps
A mattress, trees and shrubs, a pile of debris and plywood were set on fire at four places near homeless camps along the Burke-Gilman Trail in Ballard, police said.
One person, armed with nunchucks, was arrested when officers arrived at the scene of the fires, according to a statement from the Seattle Police Department.
