One of a Dozen or So DMP Products Introduced at ISC West

Visitors to the DMP booth (#23035) at ISC West can get their first look at a wide variety of new and soon-to-be introduced DMP technology that includes a demonstration of Central Station Video Verification. For several months now, the Virtual Keypad™ App has provided Video Verification for the end-user to confirm or cancel an alarm. During an alarm situation video verification delivers video from the premises to the system owner via their Virtual Keypad™ App enabling instant visual assessment of the situation for the appropriate response. DMP and SecureCom Video are now introducing Video Verification to the Central Station. This patent pending technology is compatible with any Automation Software, and makes live and pre-alarm video clips available to the central station operator immediately as the intrusion alarm screen displays.

“The Virtual Keypad App gives users tremendous remote monitoring and control features,” said SecureCom Wireless, General Manager, Jeff Britton. “Video Verification raised the App’s value to a new level. And now, system owners can rest assured that they are getting state of the art security and enhanced value with central station video verification which enables monitoring companies take appropriate action to verify the alarm and dispatch responders only when necessary.”

DMP Central Station Video Verification meets the CS-V-01 Alarm Verification & Notifications Procedure Standards. This new set of features provides a seamless integration between the intrusion alarm system, the Central Station operator, and the subscriber. For the first time providing real-time-alarm data backed by video is in the hands of the people that can use it the most and at the very point of critical decision-making. Video Verification has never been so powerful, or so easy and affordable to deploy.
